Hand-Embroidered Linen Head Covering: child-size blue daisies

These lovely linen/cotton triangle head coverings are easy to wear and easy to care for. Whether you wear head coverings on a daily basis or to church, these will brighten your wardrobe.

One side of the head covering is reclaimed washed linen and the other side is crisp cotton. I chose colors to complement each other and each head covering is unique. The linen side has a generous amount of detailed hand-embroidery at the apex. Every embroidery design is free-handed by me as well so no two are alike. Technically each head covering is reversible so you have two options for wearing.

Size: The long side is 15 inches and the short sides are 12 inches. The distance from the front center to the point at the back is 9 inches. The ties are 13 inches long.

Care: These can be machine washed and dried but you may want to put them in a lingerie bag to prevent other items rubbing against the embroidery and weakening it. To prolong the life of the embroidery you can wash them by hand and hang to dry. Iron with a hot iron, but avoid ironing over the embroidery directly. If you need to touch it up you may iron the reverse side.
