Framed Hand-Embroidered Art: Wildflowers on Yellow Linen

Description

This lovely framed embroidery would make a lovely gift for yourself or others! Assorted wildflower stems and grasses are embroidered on pale yellow linen. The ornate frame is designed to rest on a surface. The embroidered linen piece is sewn around the glass rectangle which accompanied the frame.

Consistent with my goal to reuse items as much as possible I embroider on reclaimed linen and try to use vintage and/or thrifted frames which I will sometimes paint or otherwise refinish.

Frame dimensions: 8 1/2” tall, 7” wide

Embroidered linen dimensions: 5 3/8” tall, 3 1/2” wide
