Vintage reproduction pattern by Wearing History Sewing Patterns. Smooth Sailing: 1930’s sports togs (blouse, trousers, and shorts) #1002, size pack B (18-20-22),  Printed. Some pieces have been cut in that they have been separated into separate pieces, but not to any specific size. In addition, this pack includes a set of freezer paper duplicates but I am unsure of the size. See pattern details in photos.
